The Elder Law & Trust Group is a dedicated and experienced group of attorneys, paralegals, and staff who concentrate on delivering legal services to the elderly and their families, and children and adults with special needs. The practice reaches beyond the traditional law practice to integrate medical, health care, nursing, social work, religious, disability, financial, accounting, tax, estate planning, public benefits and housing concerns into the legal planning process. The mission of our group is to empower elders to make informed decisions concerning their assets, housing, estate planning, long-term care, medicaid planning, powers of attorney, and wills and trusts.

Attorneys within the group are members of the Vermont Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. When required, our attorneys and paralegals will visit you in your home.

The Elder Law & Trust Group is also a member of the Vermont Elder Resource Group.
